## ⚡ IMMEDIATE ACTION
> *IDs all start with `1202` and end with `0455`; the **bold** part is what tells them apart.*
>
> 🔴 **Pause (or repoint to a non indexed landing page) the ad set** `1202`**4332170242**`0455` — Facebook, targeting Africa and Bangladesh.
> That is **96% of "allworld" volume (1,647 sessions) for close to zero qualified leads**, and **all** of the NavBoost pollution on the homepage.
> **Keep** the 3 other ad sets (`1202`**3622228330**`0455`, `1202`**3929470894**`0455`, `1202`**3930283102**`0455`): UK/US/Canada, engaged, and they produce **7 of the 9 leads**.

## Verdict
The **allworld** Meta Ads campaign is back (around May 30 to 31). Engagement is better than in April (16% vs 8%) and it does generate a few leads, but it is **the worst source on the account on every metric**, it **re-pollutes the indexed homepage**, and it has **stalled the recovery of "hair transplant turkey"**. Net result: negative.

## 1. The campaign
- **Name** `allworld` · **Meta campaign ID** `120236222283290455` · **channel: Meta Ads** (facebook + instagram, paid)
- Re-enabled around **May 30 to 31** (`romania_muti`, same ID, stays off).
- **About 1,647 sessions in 8 days** (around 205/day), landing on **`/`, the indexed homepage** (plus `/?fbclid=...` variants).

## 2. The proof: allworld vs every other channel (May 30 to June 7)

| Source | Channel | Sessions | Bounce | Avg time on page | Conversions | Conv. rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| **allworld** | **Meta Ads (paid social)** | 1,647 | **84%** | **13s** | 2 | **0.12%** |
| Organic Search | **SEO (organic)** | 10,993 | 50% | 111s | 87 | 0.79% |
| Italy | **SEA (Google Ads)** | 580 | 55% | 99s | 25 | 4.31% |
| US | **SEA (Google Ads)** | 244 | 42% | 137s | 14 | 5.74% |
| France | **SEA (Google Ads)** | 168 | 54% | 93s | 11 | 6.55% |
| Brand English | **SEA (Google Ads)** | 253 | 55% | 155s | 24 | 9.49% |

allworld (**Meta Ads**) is worst on every metric: highest bounce (84%), shortest time on page (13s), lowest conversion. **SEA** (Google Ads) converts 8 to 17x better; **SEO** (organic) converts 1.5x better. allworld also fired 9 on-site lead events, but GA attributes only 2 conversions to it (the rest convert later via other channels). Either way it is the floor.

## 3. The SEO cost (NavBoost)
Unqualified Meta Ads traffic on an **indexed** page, bouncing in under 15 seconds, is a negative behavioural signal. NavBoost demotes the page regardless of source (13 month rolling window).

Daily homepage position for "hair transplant turkey" (Monitorank):
- **allworld OFF (May 16 to 29):** recovered to **#9 to #11**.
- **allworld back (May 30 to 31):** re-degraded to **#24 to #28**, then volatile in June. Homepage stuck around #9 instead of climbing back toward its historical #4 (the #1 commercial EN keyword, 8,100 searches/month).

## 4. Detail by ad set — only one is the problem (geo targeting)

Meta to GA: `utm_campaign` = campaign, `utm_term` = ad set, `utm_content` = ad. All Meta Ads. IDs: `1202`**bold**`0455`.

| Ad set (Meta ID) | Placement | Targeting | Sessions | Bounce | Time | Leads | Action |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| `1202`**4332170242**`0455` | Facebook | Africa / Bangladesh | 1,647 | **84%** | **13s** | 0 qual. | 🔴 Cut / redirect |
| `1202`**3622228330**`0455` | Instagram | UK / US / Canada | 33 | 67% | 79s | 4 | ✅ Keep |
| `1202`**3929470894**`0455` | fb + Instagram | UK | 23 | 78% | 17s | 2 | ✅ Keep |
| `1202`**3930283102**`0455` | fb + Instagram | US | 7 | 85% | 7s | 1 | ✅ Keep |

The toxic ad set targets **Africa and Bangladesh** (broad targeting, so Meta serves the cheapest traffic): top countries Bangladesh 240, Sierra Leone 224, Nigeria 223, Ethiopia 198, Congo 151. **96% of the volume for 0 qualified leads.** The UK/US/Canada ad sets are 4% of the volume but **7 of the 9 leads** and send positive behavioural signals.

**Quality is not the creative or the network (FB vs IG): it is the COUNTRY each ad set targets.**

## 5. Recommendation
1. **Pause `1202`4332170242`0455`** or repoint it to a **dedicated non indexed landing page**. Best option: **duplicate the SEA landing page** for the Meta Ads campaigns (isolates paid from indexed SEO pages, and usually improves the campaigns' own results).
2. **Rule:** no paid campaign (Meta or Google Ads) should point to the indexed pages of the site.
3. Quick check: Google Demand Gen `DG - USA/CAN` (`23547761033`, 12% engagement) and `DG - IT` (`23685807543`, 20%): low engagement, confirm their landing page.
